Festival of London Youth Arts Awards
FLYA 2005 ends its festival week with the first ever Youth Arts Awards. The ceremony recognises all the hard work, excellence and diversity demonstrated by young people in the arts.
The lavish red carpet event, held at the prestigious Royal Festival Hall, will celebrate and reward the creative work of people between 11-25 years old in the following categories:
1. Most Original Production
2. Building Bridges (Bringing communities together)
3. Raising the Voice (Bringing young people's views to a wider public)
4. Best Collaborative Work
Established figures
Established figures in the cultural industries will be presenting the awards to the gifted individuals at this fantastic night of celebrations…which you can help decide!
You can vote online for the nominated creative works from an entertainment channel for games such as online bingo, the internet has become an avenue for votes and polls. Every vote counts so make yours and help get the fantastic talent of young people recognised!

Trafalgar Square
FLYA 2005 is an incredible week of activities and exhibitions. Thanks to the Mayor of London, it begins with a fantastic launch in London's Trafalgar Square on Saturday 16th April from 2-5 p.m.
'3in1+1'
The '3in1+1' initiative sponsored by the Foyle's Foundation is the first ever arts project exclusive to FLYA. It sees 4 celebrated institutions invite 70 young people aged between 13-25 years to create
